Disclaimers/Policies and Procedures

You must be 21 years or older to purchase and receive shipment of wines.

Direct Shipment of Alcohol

Due to laws regulating the direct shipment of alcoholic beverages to individuals, Roudon-Smith Winery only ships off-site orders to the states identified in our Shopping Cart (see the Buy Wines Online page). Quantity limitations may also apply based upon the size of your order or the total amount shipped to you in a month or year.  If you are purchasing at the winery there are other states we can ship to so please ask a time of purchase.

The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products.  By placing an order, the buyer authorizes Roudon-Smith Winery to act on the buyer’s behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver the order.  Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old.  And in placing an order, the buyer represents to Roudon-Smith Winery that the buyer is at least 21 years old and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old.  When the alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving the delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. The seller may delay shipment if the temperature at the shipping or delivery address is not between 45°F and 80°F.

Shipping Outside of the USA

Due to export laws prohibiting the delivery of alcoholic beverages directly to a consumer, Roudon-Smith Winery will not ship wine outside the United States of America.
